The E-Commerce Marketing Associate will join our marketing operations team and support brand and sales growth across our e-commerce channels. The team focuses on creating a seamless shopping and content experience for users, with influence throughout the Asian consumer market in North America. Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions, product launches, and growth initiatives. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across social media, email, paid ads, and community platforms to drive traffic and conversions—covering content strategy, campaign planning, A/B testing, and continuous optimization. Develop high-impact copy for landing pages, product descriptions, promotional campaigns, email flows, and social media. Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product updates, promotional setup, and performance tracking. Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to coordinate assets, timelines, and deliverables. Evaluate marketing performance through data analysis and provide insights to optimize conversions, engagement, and retention. Conduct competitive research, consumer insights review, and trend tracking to inform content and campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital operations, preferably in consumer brands or online retail. Proven experience in sales-related roles or responsibilities is highly preferred. Expertise in one or more core marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, CRM/Private Domain, or Influencer Marketing. Strong Chinese writing ability for clear, persuasive, and platform-appropriate messaging. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable reviewing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions. Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or external partners is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strong self-management and prioritization skills.
