- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Familiarity with local and state construction codes and regulations is a plus
- A degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields is preferred
