We are expanding and looking for motivated Warehouse Associates who want to grow with us! This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Unload trucks and properly stage materials using a pallet jack or other handling equipment.
• Sort, categorize, and enter IT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, etc.) into inventory tracking systems.
• Process and prepare orders based on supervisor priorities to ensure timely outbound shipments.
• Test and evaluate IT assets to determine functionality and reusability.
• Data sanitization (wiping hard drives, ensuring secure asset disposition per company standards).
• Disassemble, salvage, and recycle IT equipment following environmental compliance guidelines.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products for resale, refurbishment, or disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement to support tracking and reporting.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure efficiency and compliance with ITAD industry standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and processing goals.

General Warehouse Duties & Responsibilities:

✅ Loading and unloading shipments using proper handling techniques.
✅ Storing, organizing, and tracking inventory.
✅ Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners.
✅ Ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely processing.
✅ Conducting regular inventory counts and quality control checks.
✅ Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
✅ Assisting in packaging and preparing shipments for resale, recycling, or disposal.
✅ Communicating with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience: 1 year of warehouse or ITAD experience preferred (but not required).
✔ Attention to Detail: Ability to handle IT equipment carefully and accurately track inventory.
✔ Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
✔ Physical Ability: Must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and team-lift 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Push/pull pallets weighing 25 – 350 lbs..
• Stand, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

✔ Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office (preferred).
✔ Familiarity with IT Equipment: Knowledge of computers, servers, and network devices is a plus.
✔ Team-Oriented: Able to work independently and collaborate with coworkers.
✔ Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to work.
