What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Diagnose and repair issues with Apple, Microsoft, Polycon, Cisco, Extron, and Crestron equipment.
- Coordinate equipment and usage for meeting, events, and any other circumstances requiring audio visual. Provide support for scheduling, audio and visual call launching, and support/troubleshooting. Responsible for set up and tear down of all conference equipment.
- Configure and operate various A/V systems including Cisco Collaboration Endpoints, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS), Crestron, Solstice, WebEx, and Teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to leadership, group managers, clients, and external contacts.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with audio visual equipment and systems.
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure and ticketing systems.
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional setting (legal, accounting, medical services).
- Strong organization skills and high level of communication.
- Ability to work with all level of management and employees.
- Able to perform duties under pressure in a fast paced environment.
