Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Plan and monitor inventory levels of material goods to meet demand while preventing overstock or stockouts.
- Forecasting and Purchasing: forecast and purchase material goods needed based on inventory levels and customer demand.
- Logistics: Coordinate transportation and storage logistics between vessel shipments, ports, warehouses, and manufacturing facility, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of goods.
- Analysis and Reporting: identify areas to reduce costs of material good and develop protocols to mitigate potential risks and disruptions in supply chain.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and sales, to resolve any issues in stock and quality of material goods.
- Supplier Management: maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
