About The Role

You will work closely with multiple departments and senior management, playing an active role in improving financial visibility and supporting business decision-making. Given the size of the company, curiosity, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, reconciliations, and cost analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and trends
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial data
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Support internal controls and help improve financial processes and documentation
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third-party providers as needed
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projects to support business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP preferred)
- Proven experience in financial reporting and month-end close
- Experience with inventory management and cost accounting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a small-company setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Background in a Big Four or similar professional services firm
- 5 years of relevant experience
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
- Experience in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial company
