Vacancy: Site Logistics Coordinator
Locations available: Texas, Illinois, South Carolina, Nevada
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate machinery movement (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers).
- Manage tooling carts: delivery, return, audits, and inventory.
- Track equipment status, fuel levels, and generator operation.
- Support shipments, purchasing, and material deliveries.
- Manage access for external drivers/technicians.
- Maintain basic facility and fleet records.
- Provide on-site logistics support for Project Managers.
What You Bring
- Associate's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related.
- Experience may replace degree.
- Experience in logistics, operations, warehousing, or mechanical/industrial environments.
- Basic tool and machinery knowledge.
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or MS Office.
- Understanding of industrial material purchasing.
- Valid driver’s license.
- English & Spanish (intermediate).
- Ability to travel to different project locations.
