Role: Cloud Support Engineer
Location: Seattle, Washington
Job Requirements:
- AWS Cloud Architect Associate certification or equivalent
- 3 years hands-on AWS Support experience
- 6 years hands-on experience in Information Technology roles
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Python, and source control (GitHub)
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies and best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tooling (Jira)
- Familiarity with cross-cloud monitoring solutions (DataDog preferred)
- Cloud Incident Management experience and ability to participate in on-call rotation
- Experience with backup and recovery tooling (AWS Backup preferred)
- Experience working in Linux/UNIX
Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively both independently and within a team
Salary : $60 - $69
