Job Overview
A small business located in West Chester PA is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify products and quantities before shipping
- Print shipping lables and shipping documents
- Assist customers with inquiries by phone and email
- Assist with receiving inventory and unloading trucks as needed
- Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized
- Perform other general warehouse and order processing duties as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Previous warehouse, picking/packing, shiping, or order fulfillment experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count quantities, and multply in sets
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Dependable, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and move around for extended periods
- Able to lift and move packages as required
