We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics processes. Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, invoices, packing slips)
- Enter and update shipment data in logistics or warehouse management systems
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding schedules
- Prepare daily logistics reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory control and reconciliation
- Support compliance with safety and company procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks related to logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative support preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.10 - $29.00 per hour
