JD :
Excellent Hand-on experience in solution design for o9 implementation engagements; including leading the requirement gathering process, translating business and technical requirements to solution design documentation and test case procedures.
• Significant and documented project experience involving solution design and implementation using o9 Solutions; Knowledge of o9 Reference Model configurations and workflows.
• Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic.
• Work closely with the configuration team to provide architectural guidance, technical direction, and quality assurance to all model builders and configuration leads in o9 implementation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment
• Ability to supervise others and actively coach / mentor junior consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
