Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Bilingual Nepali Home Care Marketer to join our team on a commission-based basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong ties to the Nepali community and a passion for helping families connect with quality home care services.

The Marketer will be responsible for building relationships within the community, introducing families to our agency, and generating new client referrals. Compensation is commission-only, based on the clients you bring in.

Responsibilities:

• Promote home care services to the Nepali community through outreach, networking, and community engagement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community leaders, and organizations.

• Identify potential clients and refer them to our intake team.

• Represent the agency with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

• Provide ongoing support to ensure families understand available services.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Nepali and English (spoken and written).

• Strong connections within the local Nepali community.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented.

• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach is a plus.

Compensation:

• Commission-based only. You will earn commission for each new client referral that begins services with our agency.
