Window Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or Residential window cleaning, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves cleaning windows at various heights and locations, ensuring a streak-free finish while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning on Vacation and New Construction homes ensuring high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Using ladders to reach higher windows.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job status and any issues that arise.
• Conduct routine inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with additional custodial tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in window cleaning is preferred.
• Comfortable on ladders is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, climbing, and lifting throughout the day.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Ability to withstand that high temperatures.
• Ability to get to warehouse and job sites.
• Strong communication skills is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
