Dating Coordinator

It’s Just Lunch (IJL) is the #1 Matchmaking Service for busy professionals in the world with 35 years of successful matchmaking, arranging millions of first dates! We are looking for an upbeat and positive qualified candidate to join our Houston team. Our Dating Coordinators manage the day-to-day activities of our client memberships and serve as the liaison between our clients and their Dating Director.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Take inbound and place outbound calls (70-80 per day)
• Present matches to clients
• Schedule dates and appointments
• Make reservations for client appointments
• Document communication with clients
• Obtain and apply client feedback
• Meet goals and achieving bonuses
• Work effectively with clients and team members
• Assist in the overall efficiency for the office (inventory, filing, banking, cleanliness, etc.)
• Manage client database with an exceptional, above and beyond, level of customer service.
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates as potential matches for clients
• Support for sales team and overall success of the entire team

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 year customer relationship management, service and/or sales experience
• 2-year degree (preferred)
• Office Manager or Managerial experience a big plus
• Upbeat, positive and energetic—we set up fun, first dates!
• Multitasker, self-motivated, confident, organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Strong, professional phone presence
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Able to work with upscale professionals
• Able to commute for this in-office position
• Eligible to work in the US

Compensation:

• Base salary: $45,000-50,000/year
• Plus monthly bonus opportunities with no cap

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
