Line Cook/Prep Cook

Starting pay $14.00 hour plus tips

Line/Prep Cook Requirements.

• Past Restaurant kitchen experience required
• Must be knowledgeable of food/restaurant safety and sanitation rules
• Must have good physical stamina: stand for long periods (5 hours) of time and be able to carry 50 lbs
• Strong personal hygiene practice
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to perform required cleaning duties
• Strong ability to work well with others
• Must have very dependable transportation to and from work

Must be available to work any of the following shifts

Possible varying shifts throughout the week, including weekends for groups/events and shift covers

*Actual end of night/closing shifts times will vary by length of time if takes to clean/close down kitchen

• Monday 5:00PM - 11:00PM
• Tuesdays 5:00PM - 11:00PM
• Wednesdays 5:00PM- 11:00PM
• Thursdays 5:00PM - 11:00PM
• Fridays 5:00PM- 12:00AM
• Saturdays 8:30AM- 5:00PM
• Saturdays 5:00PM - 1:00AM

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Daily food preparation
• Preparing and sending out food orders
• Putting away received truck orders
• Keeping stock room organized and neat
• Notifying management when items are low, need to be made/ordered
• Dish washing
• Daily Cleaning - keeping a well cleaned and organized kitchen/work station
• Weekly/Monthly deep cleaning

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant : 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• ServSafe (Preferred)
