Monday-Friday- 7:30am-4:00pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and deliver Advanced Serial Notifications (ASNs) accurately and on time
- Maintain and update shipment, inventory, and logistics records in Excel and internal systems
- Verify data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies related to orders and shipping documentation
- Generate reports, track metrics, and support daily logistics operations
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and external partners
- Assist with additional administrative and logistics support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of Microsoft Excel experience required (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Previous logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
