Position Summary:
It's About You, LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced caregiver to join our team. The caregiver performs ADLs for the disabled. We need an aide for a specific client in Bauxite area. The open days of the week are Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Thursday. 8-4 or 9-5. Possibility of going full-time.
Essential Functions:
- Follows all company & AR Medicaid policies and procedures in performing the duties of the position.
- Maintains a positive, professional attitude when dealing with guests, clients, clients' families, or team members.
- Demonstrates good communication skills by speaking with clients, clients' families, or visitors.
- Demonstrates ability to problem solve in order to achieve positive outcomes.
- Working knowledge of operating & maintaining various types of medical equipment such as Hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer boards.
- Documenting Care Activities in the online application in an accurate manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified in care for the disabled. PCA or CNA.
- Must be able to learn new software quickly. Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Must possess strong interpersonal skills both written & oral.
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
