Qualifications
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and mandated reporting laws diligently
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
- Passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through caring instruction
