As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding.
- Industry-Specific Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and align with our company culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Employer Branding: Promote our med spa as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have good inter-personal skills

- Must be able to prioritize & deliver timely results
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience managing multiple projects/assignments
- Knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Experience with results-driven approaches to ensure operational efficiency
- Medspa or medical industry experience a plus
