We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR workflow automation initiative. In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to modernize business processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and support high-quality releases through testing and user acceptance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR subject-matter experts and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state workflows designed to improve and automate HR operations.
- Manage user stories and product and sprint backlogs while participating in Agile/Scrum planning and delivery activities.
- Evaluate business data, application integrations, and data requirements to identify functional gaps and support future-state solutions.
- Develop process flows, functional specifications, mockups, implementation documentation, and end-user procedures.
- Create QA strategies, test scenarios, test plans, and test cases that align with business and functional requirements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, coordinate issue resolution, and track enhancements through completion.
- Partner with business stakeholders, application support teams, and developers throughout iterative planning and release cycles.
- Translate complex business and technical information into clear documentation and communications for stakeholders and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and quality assurance documentation.
- Experience supporting workflow automation involving HR systems or government applications.
- Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, current-state/future-state process analysis, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, QA testing, and UAT.
Salary : $55 - $60
