This can be part time or full time depending on the situation.
The ideal candidate will develop relationships with new accounts. You will be working directly with the VP of Sales to gain more contracts on the local, state and federal level, by doing both sales and business development. This is a hybrid role of sales and recruiting
Responsibilities
- Generate new business
- Contact current sales leads
- Supplier Diversities
- Recruiting as needed
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3 years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Must be open to recruiting
- Must be open to nights and weekends as needed
- Must be okay with the possibility of occasional travel
