Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, compliance, and coordination across HR functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, background checks, and system updates
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in coordination with payroll teams
- Help administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Assist with performance management cycles, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and internal compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Operations role
- Working knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems, MS Excel, and documentation management
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
