Title : Lead Salesforce developer / Administrator
Location : Houston tx
Salesforce Solution Design & Configuration
Design and configure Salesforce solutions using custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules aligned to evolving business needs.
Own Salesforce system design with a strong emphasis on configuration over customization.
Leverage existing managed packages and standard Salesforce capabilities to support Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
Salesforce–SAP Integration
Lead the Salesforce‑to‑SAP integration strategy and execution for Q2C.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams (SD, FI, MM) to ensure master data alignment and transactional consistency.
Define data models, integration patterns, transformation logic, and governance standards across systems.
Oversee data synchronization, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
Build and maintain scalable automation using Salesforce Flow (legacy Workflow Rules / Process Builder as applicable).
Analyze manual business processes and translate them into efficient, automated Salesforce solutions.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Act as a trusted advisor to business users, balancing usability, scalability, and platform best practices.
Data Quality & Governance
Ensure Salesforce remains a single source of truth through data audits, deduplication, mass updates, and governance controls.
Partner with SAP teams to maintain consistent data definitions and ownership across platforms.
User Enablement & Support
Manage the full user lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Serve as the first line of support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and driving adoption.
Create documentation, training materials, and release communications for new features and enhancements.
Technical & Delivery Leadership
Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert, guiding admins and developers on best practices, performance optimization, and standards.
Review solution designs, configurations, and (when applicable) Apex/LWC code for quality and alignment.
Oversee testing, validation, and deployments, partnering with teams using CI/CD methodologies.
Document architecture, configurations, and integration designs.
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role
Expert‑level knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative automation, with Salesforce Flow as a core competency
Proven experience designing and supporting Quote‑to‑Cash processes
Hands‑on experience leading or supporting Salesforce–SAP integrations
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to visualize and automate business processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
Familiarity with SOQL and a working understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce (development not required)
Experience working with SAP modules such as SD, FI, or MM
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and enterprise governance models
Lead the end‑to‑end Q2C process design in Salesforce, including quoting, contracting, order management, and handoff to SAP.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure Q2C workflows align with business objectives and downstream SAP processes.
