Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development
- Develop RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
- Ensure solutions are modular, reusable, and aligned with architectural standards
- Collaboration & Analysis
- Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and team members to identify automation opportunities
- Participate in process discovery and documentation sessions
- Support the Innovation Hub by prototyping new automation ideas
- Governance & Standards
- Adhere to standards for coding, documentation, testing, and metadata management
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Change Control & Support
- Implement change control procedures for bot updates and enhancements
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting
- Maintain version control and deployment logs
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure automation solutions comply with security and data protection policies
- Collaborate with security and architecture teams to embed secure design principles
- Training & Adoption
- Assist in training users and stakeholders on automation tools and processes
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption of automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience in RPA development using industry-standard platforms
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and agile methodologies
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus
- Familiarity with metadata management, process modeling, and business analysis
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environment
- Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques
- Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA
- Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer)
