Sales Systems Architect / Staff Business Analyst
We are in the process of stabilizing and optimizing our sales systems ecosystem — specifically across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, OrderNet (CPQ), and our ERP platform. We are experiencing integration gaps, data quality issues, and validation failures across these systems that are creating downstream operational challenges for our Sales and Customer Service teams. We need a seasoned architect/Staff Technical BA to assess the current state, identify root causes, and lead targeted improvements. Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Newberg, Oregon
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an end-to-end assessment of current sales system workflows and cross-system integrations
- Diagnose and resolve root causes of validation failures and data transfer issues between CRM, OrderNet (CPQ), and ERP
- Improve customer and address data governance processes
- Support CRM user adoption through workflow optimization and process simplification
- Build a sustainable process for ongoing customer data quality management
- Establish scalable operational processes supporting both domestic and future channel expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience architecting or optimizing solutions across CRM, CPQ, and ERP platforms
- Strong background in data governance, system integration design, and cross-platform data quality management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred
- Hands-on problem-solver who can assess quickly and deliver actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable working directly with Sales, Customer Service, and IT stakeholders
- Local to the Portland Oregon metro area; able to work on-site
