Job Duties:
- Own the software delivery cycle, from planning to production deployment, for assigned channels/products
- Guide development team on architecture, design, and implementation strategies
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and align with best practices
- Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Quality Assurance practices
- Collaborate with tech leads and architects on staffing, priorities, and technical debt management
- Work closely with product, business analyst, solution design, quality assurance, developers and scrum master to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks
- Define delivery timelines, track progress, and ensure delivery meets agreed objectives
- Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders and third-party partners
- Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience as Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead.
- With experience in banking, fintech or financial industry
- With Scrum Master background experience
- Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
