We are looking for a SEASONAL Retail Service Representative to join our team and provide a memorable experience to our customers. The successful candidate will be a social butterfly who enjoys talking to people, outgoing and friendly and a good listener. This job requires creativity and problem solving skills. You must be comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks at once. We are flexible with number of part time hours based on our schedule needs but this position will be through end of the year only. This is a great way to pick up extra holiday money in a fun working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate and creative products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and kind manner.
• Ensure the customer has a positive experience from start to finish
• Keep the retail environment organized and visually attractive
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Maintain lists of products & supplies that need to be ordered
• Independent creative projects to increase sales and efficiency both in store & at outside events
• Clean displays, products and store itself on a daily basis
• Follow Department of Health regulations for food service
• Help to create a FUN environment in a local, family owned business

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
