Role Description
(IT Hub Inc. has multiple openings in Leesburg, VA) Business Analyst: Facilitate communication between business users and developers. Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, elicitation techniques, and war-room sessions. Perform gap analysis between legacy systems and target platforms (e.g., FlexCube). Develop process models, use cases, and user stories using BPMN (Business Process Model Notation) and UML diagrams. Analyze and configure core parameters, including Branch level setups, General Ledger (GL) accounts, and inter-branch maintenance. Perform data mapping between source and target systems for modules like CIF, CASA, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange. Req.: Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years’ of experience. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: At 3 years of exp. in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) v12.2 and v14.1, BRIGADE System, Bank Master, FCR Legacy System, AS-400, JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, BPMN, UML, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Oracle Database, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Backlog Management).
