Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Quality Assurance (PM–QA) with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will lead the QA function, manage testing processes end-to-end, and ensure high-quality product delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Define QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with development, product, and business teams to ensure timely, quality releases.
- Identify defects, assess risks, and drive resolutions within the project timeline.
- Prepare QA reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Mentor, guide, and manage QA team members to ensure performance and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing and test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Proven experience managing QA teams and leading QA deliverables.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced US-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
