Role Summary
- The Functional Consultant translates business processes into D365 CE configurations, focusing on case management, workflows, SLAs, queues, and business rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 CE (CRM) projects
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and fitment sessions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Configure OOTB D365 modules (Customer Service, Case Management, Sales)
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration
- Support UAT, training, go-live and change management activities
- Ensure best practices and adherence to Microsoft standards
Skills & Experience
- 9 12 years of D365 CE Functional experience
- Strong domain knowledge in Customer Service / Case Management
- Hands-on experience in D365 CE and Power Platform configuration
- Ability to map SOP-driven processes into CRM flows
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Good to Have : Microsoft certifications
