Job Title: Manual QA Tester – Insurance Domain (NO H1B/OPT)Location: NYC (Hybrid – Need NY/NJ only) Job Summary:Perform manual testing of insurance services, platforms, and workflows. Ensure system readiness before releases by validating against business requirements and documenting test results. Responsibilities:Create and execute manual test cases based on insurance business requirements.Track defects, retest fixes, and coordinate with developers and BAs.Participate in UAT scenarios and liaise with stakeholders on product quality.Maintain test logs, document plans, and verify insurance-specific logic (P&C, underwriting, claims). Requirements:1–5 years of QA experience (junior testers acceptable).Solid knowledge of insurance domain concepts.Experience with Jira, TestRail, or equivalent test management systems.Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
