Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM 9.3 or above) to support a full implementation project and transition into long-term support. You will play a hands-on role in aligning SAP logistics functionality with business needs while working closely with external consultants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP TM modules
• Conduct business process analysis, gather functional requirements, and perform testing and training
• Align IT initiatives with business objectives through cost/benefit assessments
• Configure and implement SAP Transportation Management functionalities
• Provide end-to-end support across planning, execution, and freight settlement processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system integration, data management, and reporting needs
  
  

Must Have

• 6 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant with real-world TMS implementation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Time Management (freight, audits, settlement config)
• Ability to support full lifecycle SAP TM implementation and provide long-term functional support
• Must have worked on SAP HANA (TMS is on HANA; ECC is not yet migrated)
• Excellent verbal and written communication – this is a client-facing role
• Headphones not allowed during interviews – preference for in-person interviews if possible
• Strong familiarity with transport creation and support
• Must be comfortable with hybrid schedule: one week onsite, one week remote during implementation
