We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients. Job Title: Business Analyst – Insurance Implementation (NO H1B/OPT)Location: NYC (Hybrid – Need NY/NJ only) Job Summary:Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for insurance software implementations. Translate business needs into technical specifications and support UAT for seamless rollout.Responsibilities:Conduct gap, process, and workflow analysis.Document user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, and process diagrams.Partner with IT, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements coverage.Support testing initiatives, including UAT planning and defect resolution.Have deep insurance domain expertise, especially in P&C and policy lifecycles.Requirements:3 years in Business Analysis within the insurance industry.Strong understanding of policy, claims, billing, and underwriting processes.Background in system implementation projects (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar is a plus.Excellent documentation, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
