- 10 years of Data Architecture/Data Engineering experience.
- Strong Retail Banking experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and Spark.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Azure certifications are a plus.
- Design and implement scalable data architecture using Azure and Azure Databricks.
- Develop modern data lake/lakehouse and data warehouse solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define data strategies and architecture.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure data governance, security, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
