Duties
- Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Provide executive administrative support, including preparing documents, proofreading, and data entry.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain filing systems, perform clerical tasks, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Utilize Office experience with Google Suite for various administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone to clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative or clerical experience in an office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, and basic office management is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is a plus.
