Are you a true hunter with deep MSP industry experience and a track record of building strategic partnerships?
IT By Design is looking for a high-performing Senior Partner Account Representative to drive new logo acquisition and expand our strategic MSP partnerships across North America.
This is a quota-carrying role for someone who thrives on creating pipeline from scratch, owning the full sales cycle, and closing recurring-revenue partnerships.
What You'll Own:
- Drive net-new MRR growth through MSP partner acquisition
- Own the full sales cycle, prospecting to close
- Build and manage strategic MSP partnerships
- Sell solutions across NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Talent Services
- Lead executive conversations with MSP owners and CXOs
- Travel for partner meetings, QBRs, and industry events (25–40%)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams
Ideal Background:
- 6–10 years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 5 years selling services into the MSP ecosystem
- Proven experience selling Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS), NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Engineering Services
- Demonstrated success creating outbound pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
- Strong experience selling MRR/ARR-based services
- Executive presence with confidence in C-level conversations
- Experience using Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo
