Are you a true sales hunter who knows the MSP industry, speaks the language of IT services, and has a proven track record of winning new business?
IT By Design is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to build our MSP partner ecosystem and drive new-logo revenue across North America. This is not a relationship-maintenance role. We’re looking for someone who can create pipeline from scratch, open doors with MSP owners and CXOs, own the sales cycle, and close recurring-revenue partnerships.
What You'll Own:
- Drive net-new MRR/ARR through MSP partner acquisition.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build strategic relationships with MSP owners, CEOs and CXOs.
- Sell solutions across NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Talent Services.
- Generate outbound pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals and industry events.
- Travel 25% for partner meetings, QBRs and MSP industry events.
- Partner with Marketing, Delivery and Customer Success to win and grow accounts.
What We're Looking For:
- 6–10 years of B2B sales experience.
- 3-5 years selling into the MSP ecosystem.
- Proven success selling managed IT / infrastructure services, NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, Cloud, Cybersecurity or Digital Engineering.
- Track record of new-logo acquisition and outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling MRR/ARR-based services.
- Strong executive presence and confidence engaging with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft or ZoomInfo.
