Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of existing MicroStrategy reports to Power BI Report Server.
- Design, build, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for on-premises deployment.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and validate outputs.
- Work closely with team members to ensure all reporting assets are transitioned, tested, and validated by the June deadline.
- Assist with integration and data sourcing, primarily from an Informix database (experience with Informix is a plus).
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Power BI Report Server (on-prem deployment).
- Hands-on expertise with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Proven experience migrating reports or dashboards from MicroStrategy to Power BI is highly preferred.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Informix databases.
- Background in regulated environments or similar industries where cloud services are restricted.
