Inventory Control Specialist – IT & Computers

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the highest level of accuracy and accountability in managing IT assets and parts.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments, verify them against invoices and purchase orders, and confirm all items are accurate and accounted for.
• Accurately receive, scan, and track inventory including laptops, mobile devices, parts, and other IT equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and audits to maintain extremely high inventory accuracy with minimal loss.
• Work closely with purchasing and middle management to resolve delivery issues, reconcile discrepancies, and improve inventory workflows.
• Maintain and update records in Excel and other tracking systems.
• Uphold KPIs related to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• 2 years of inventory management/control experience (required).
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining tight inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer programs; ability to work with data sets and reporting.
• Familiarity with IT hardware (laptops, PCs, mobile devices, parts) is a big plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Mandarin/English) a strong plus.
• Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role (lifting, scanning, moving devices/parts).
• A proactive problem-solver who collaborates effectively across departments.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
