Salary: $ 20.50 Hourly
Schedule:
Our working schedule prioritizes work-life balance. We work Monday–Friday and shifts start as early as 5:30 am and end when the assignment is completed.
What we expect
IT Asset Management Group has an immediate opening for a full-time Truck helper. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, willing to learn new skills, and will be a dedicated and hard worker. No IT experience or computer knowledge is required but basic computer skills and interest in technology is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with palletizing, loading and unloading trucks.
- Confirm that the contents of each shipment load match the manifest document.
- Pads, stacks, and secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment.
- Always be presentable and able to represent our company with all types of customers.
- Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having picked up their IT equipment.
- Communicate with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our services.
- Notify supervisor of any delays or problems that occur during work.
- Work with the main office to coordinate any route changes, assist with navigating to locations, and keep track of schedules.
Education, Experience, & Training:
- Basic Computing and Spreadsheet Skills
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Knowledge with inventory cycle count
Skills & Abilities:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self- motivated and resourceful problem-solver
- Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must communicate effectively and work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
