Position: Oracle Retail XStore POS
Location: Brentwood, TN
Duration: Long term contract
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be in Nashville US location / need to travel to client location in Nashville 3days a week
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS.
- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
- Onsite-Offshore coordination and work management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
- Perform hands-on coding, configuration, and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
- Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle XStore POS.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Mentor and guide developers, conduct technical workshops and training sessions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and Oracle XStore enhancements.
