Position: Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 2-3 Days)Duration: Long term contractNote: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants Job Description: Develop and maintain Oracle EBS with specific focus on HCM Core HR, System Administration.Customize and technically configure Oracle EBS HCM Core.Collaborate with Workday SI and Oracle EBS Core Support team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Updating existing integrations to adapt to changes to WorkdayStreamlining data flows across impacted subsystemsStandardizing integrations to align with United's architecture standardsModify existing integrations both inbound and outbound employee / people data to accommodate for changesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS HCM integrations and data flowsParticipate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities related to People dataWork Closely with Core support, business and SIs in Technical testingDocument technical designs, configurations, and support proceduresStrong understanding of HR business processes and data structures Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies Manage security roles and data access within Oracle EBS System (User) Administration, ensuring compliance and proper access controlsContribute to HR system implementations
