The CSPM shall be responsible for superintending and managing all aspects of
the communications Work for this Project.
The CSPM shall possess a minimum of ten
years of communications systems project management experience.
A technical degree is
preferred. It is desirable that the CSPM possesses a Project Management Professional
certification (PMP).
The resume of the proposed CSPM shall include a description of
duties, responsibilities, and accomplishments that reflect relevant experience.
