Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates, including advertising, networking, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Review resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Foster and maintain relationships with community organizations to enhance diversity in our candidate pool.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and extend job offers, and facilitate the background check process to ensure compliance.
- Exceptional sales and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent listening abilities.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask under pressure.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Experience in diverse recruitment methods, such as networking, social media, and job fairs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales-related roles or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in corporate recruitment or within a financial institution is advantageous.
