We’re seeking a Recruiter to support hiring for both corporate and retail roles within the Bank. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recommending top talent that aligns with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through advertising, databases, networking, and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Build relationships with community organizations and candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support offer preparation and background checks
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience sourcing through multiple recruiting channels
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Corporate or financial industry recruiting experience is a plus
