Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers and recommend qualified candidates
- Manage recruiting activity and reporting in ATS
- Present offers and coordinate background checks
- 3-5 years of recruiting or sales-related experience
- Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in corporate or banking/financial services recruiting
