This role will partner with Technology, Finance, AI Platform, and business stakeholders to develop reporting and analytics that measure AI adoption, spending, utilization, and return on investment. Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor AI platform adoption, usage, and investment across business units.
- Analyze AI consumption trends, including API usage, token consumption, licensing, and overall platform costs.
- Create executive reporting that tracks AI spending, business value, and key performance indicators.
- Partner with Technology and Finance teams to support AI budgeting, forecasting, and cost transparency.
- Assist in measuring the business impact and ROI of AI initiatives by developing meaningful metrics and reporting.
- Support AI governance initiatives by tracking approved AI platforms, usage trends, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with AI Platform, Product, Risk, and Finance teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and AI cost optimization.
- Present findings and recommendations to technology and business stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, Technology Reporting, or a related field.
- Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating financial or operational reports.
- Experience working with technology organizations, cloud platforms, or enterprise software initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical and financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience supporting AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, or AWS Bedrock.
- Understanding of AI usage metrics, token consumption, API-based services, or technology cost reporting.
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
