About the Role
Istituto Marangoni Miami looking for a versatile Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing content and campaigns across all of our college programs โ from website and ad content to brochures, print materials, and email communications. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone comfortable moving between content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing operations.
A key part of this role is managing automated Email Workflows in HubSpot Marketing CRM, sending students the right message at the right stage of our admissions lead pipeline. Prior, hands-on HubSpot experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Management
- Update and maintain marketing content across all programs, including website pages, digital ads, and other assets
- Create or assist in creating marketing campaigns from concept through execution
- Design and produce brochures, flyers, and other print marketing materials
- Create and update landing pages, event invitations, and other digital assets
- Support content creation including blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation
- Build, manage, and optimize automated Email Workflows in HubSpot for students at different stages of the lead cycle pipeline
- Draft and format email campaigns; run A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions
- Maintain and segment contact lists (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Coordinate email and SMS communications tied to events, including post-event follow-ups and geo-targeted travel communications
Event & Admissions Marketing Support
- Support marketing for admissions events, masterclasses, and open houses
- Coordinate Eventbrite setup and manage the event/marketing calendar
- Anticipate marketing needs for upcoming events (content, timing, assets)
External Digital Media Partner Coordination
- Participate in weekly campaign calls with our external digital media partners to review lead volume and lead quality by campaign
- Understand how each partner's content and landing pages are performing and how they map to lead generation goals
- Serve as an internal point of contact for aligning partner-driven campaigns with our broader marketing content and messaging
- Note: this role does not manage the external partners directly, but requires a solid working understanding of these campaigns and how they feed into our lead pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing CRM is required, including building and managing automated email workflows/journeys
- Hands-on experience with Canva is required for producing brochures, flyers, and other print/digital assets
- Experience creating marketing content across multiple formats (web, digital ads, print)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Comfort managing several projects and campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to a student, admissions, or education-sector audience
- Familiarity with Eventbrite and event marketing coordination
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms
- Familiarity working alongside external agencies or digital media partners on lead-generation campaigns
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
