As a Meat Cutter, you’ll play an important role in preparing high-quality meat products for our customers. You'll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, using specialized tools and your skills to produce precise cuts and maintain product quality and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cutting various meats using knives, saws, and other tools
- Trimming fat, bone, and other materials to create retail-ready cuts (e.g., loins, ribs, hams, sirloins, chops)
- Ensuring cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency in all meat preparation
- Inspecting meat for quality and removing any imperfections or defects
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
- Performing additional tasks to support team and department needs
