This position is located in Port Arthur, TX and will consist of various mail related duties, including delivering inbound mail & packages, processing inbound/outbound shipments, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. - Mail Operations - Sort & deliver incoming mail according to established procedures
- Shipping/Receiving Services - Receive & scan in/out overnight packages
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Adhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines
- Provide support within the operation and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
The qualifications of the Workplace Services Mail Center Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer care. Additional qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
