Schedule: PART TIME - Monday through Friday 9:30AM - 2:30PM - NO WEEKENDS

- Process all scanning materials into our system
- Quality Control of all scans to make sure they are clear and accurate
- Work well in a team environment; p rofessional appearance and demeanor
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be reliable; adhere to attendance policy
- Able to lift at least 50lbs
- Typing and Windows environment PC skills
Candidates must have 3 years experience in a professional environment processing/scanning records. Other qualifications include:
- Must have access to reliable transportation including for locations not along public transportation routes
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
- High school diploma or GED; valid drivers license
- Professional appearance and demeanor; keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
